The new shop is under development at 1718A 11th Street, where construction plans call for a 500-square-foot drive-thru coffee stand. State filings estimate the project at approximately $1 million, reflecting the company's continued investment in Texas as it rapidly expands across the country. Construction plans indicate the project is nearing completion.
